how long does a recovery take?  am i still recovering or just lame?

What I need to do is finish designing a PCR primer for the gene Nppb.

Still recovering Im guessing... no you arent lame! You just asked a HUGE amount from your body... and it wasnt something you had EVER done before... of course its going to take awhile!

Sure.  I will limit myself to 10 more minutes checking up on my team thread and mentor group and then hit the books. 

It was a helluva run in hella cold weather. You're still recovering. You probably didn't get enough sleep around the event, either, and it takes a while to catch up.

Do you guys send the sequence out to a lab to synthesize the primer? Or do you have that capability on-campus?
