I did mine in 22:43

Damn I am slow in the pool

But at least this is better than last September where I couldn't swim 50 meters without dying

To be honest I had hope to be closest to 20 minutes

Nice workout!

It's fun to think about how hard it was at first.  Man, one length was tough.

It's also enough motivation for me to not take any extended breaks from swimming.

I'm afraid I'd lose any semblance of technique I may have picked up.

You should sleep well after that swim

Wind, wind...... it is always windy in Quebec.......you can't change that.....
It also beautiful here today (around a 6H-7H hour drive from Robert), will be able to go to the beach soon...........
