A definite weakness. And there is one on every corner in this town! Seriously I think there are 14 coney restaurants in Port Huron alone. LOVE them! I've always wanted to see how many I could put away in a single sitting. At least 6. |

Regular 789 | Subject: RE: Ernesto's group (5th season) - Closed Question on what to do. My plantar fasciitis has popped back up after my long run this last weekend. I did a run on Tuesday and it was pretty painful. I even taped for the run on Tuesday. My run this morning was also pretty painful as well. Tomorrow is a rest day with Saturday 2:50 on the bike. Sunday calls for 1:55 with MAF test followed by a 1:05 bike. I am thinking that maybe I will skip the run or do a 30 minute run and then ride the bike for 2 hours at an easy pace keeping my HR around 70%. Suggestions or other thoughts? Should I hit the pool for 45-60 minutes as well since I've missed more swim workouts than other workouts? My running is probably my strongest overall as I have been doing it longer than biking and swimming. So I feel I can miss out and even if I attempt I could be laid up for a week just letting my foot get better. |

I've dealt with the PF and it's not fun to rehab it when it really flares. Hard to even walk. Give it a few days to calm down. Swim instead. It'll pay off in the end and you won't really lose any run fitness. |

I am sure its due to 2mth absence/locking arms, but just wanted to check with yo for any other concerns. Thansk, Mark. |

It is good to maintain relaxed, and this is acquired over time. Try to mentally remember this, locking muscles wastes energy (precious energy) that can help you pedal faster/harder.Coach Ernesto (congrats!) - I rode my bike/trainer yesterday for 45 mins, first itme in two months.
