Snickerdoodles, sugar cookies, rice krispy treats, and we cut and bagged the peanut butter fudge my aunt made. We ordered pizza for dinner because I didn't want to take the time, or oven away from what we were doing.

I have a 2 page paper that I NEED to finish and turn in today. in 3 hours I have down 1 paragraph. I hope I get a little more done in the next 4 hours. I don't have time to finish it tonight, and I won't  be working on it this weekend. It is due Sunday night.

Ok, paper is done and submitted. I am not happy with it, I could have done better. He asked for an awful lot to be crammed into 2 pages though. Last paper I went over the 2 page limit, but he stressed we were to stay within it.

I might write better when I'm drinking, I wouldn't be over-thinking it.

So, I got an email from my academic adviser telling me I have been selected as a student success story, and they want to feature me on the website. They sent me a form to fill out with a bunch of stuff. I don't want to do it.

I have things to do before I get on the road in hopefully 3 hours or less. Yesterday was  LOOOOONG day. I'm not allowed to say anything about the bake sale, because Keri wants to tell Robin herself. So I'll post later how it went.

Let the Ghoulie Pile commence! Our combined ju-ju helped for the temperature, but we still have rain for today and tomorrow. Dammit!

Are you guys running a race tomorrow morning?  If the rain is too hard in the morning, I'll bag my race and head up.  Won't know for sure till morning though.

Ann didn't sign up as traveling all day is not conducive to getting up early. I signed up but I am not going to do it. My foot is STILL not ready for running (or even fast walking) on hard surfaces. (I need to talk to you about next week end- I am I can do the A Race. I am horribly afraid of screwing my foot up even more).

Good morning Ghoulies!

How was everyone's weekend?

The last 5 miles of our drive home were the worst. Looking at the weather map we should have hit the frozen junk much earlier, I'm glad we didn't. The last 5 miles had the sleet, and snow, and slushy mix stuff. We did come across some flooding earlier than that. I'm WFH today. 1) I slept late 2) it is below freezing right now, so all of that water on the road is going to be ice. 3) I just don't feel like driving in

Time to get serious about running again. I have no idea how many miles my old shoes have, and I've had them for a year, so I just ordered 2 new pair.

Good morning Ghoulies.  It was awesome to finally meet Ann (and her clan) this weekend.  They rock!  Robin and Jim were great hosts.  All in all, a perfect Ghoulie weekend.

I do apologize to you, and Robin, Keri was a little more high strung than normal. I wish you guys could meet her when she acts like herself.
