I went out when it was a light rain--started raining harder by mile 3 then let up, my run shoes were all squishy.

Why is it I enjoy running in a light rain but scrap the bike todo a trainer ride in the same rain?  I'm thinking its cause all of me is moving on a run so I'm generally all warmed up from that but on the bike only the legs are working so wet upper body is COLD.

For me, it's that I don't want to crash in the rain and that's a lot more likely on a bike than running.  Plus, I get colder on the bike in the rain.  I can still keep warm while running.

Got a nice ride in this morning with Heather and our hubbies. My poor hubby needs a road bike. He even had to pedal to keep up with us on the downhills. LOL, I think his legs got a good workout in!

Yes, although I feel really slow when they show the pace of the group or when their heart rate is only like 137 bpm.  Something to work for, I guess.

It was called "French Quarter" and it was poached eggs on French baguette topped w/ gruyere, cajun hollandaise, and chorizo.

It was nummy.

I usually just steal it.  I couldn't find anything good enough to steal!  It ended up being easier to make something.
