All coffee is better with half and half. I hate when I run out and have to use milk.

I've been doing chai tea lattes... I use my espresso machine to steam the half and half...

so good...

LOF chai lattes. One of the only things I get from Starbucks (usually get soy, though).

I got a passion fruit ice tea with some sweetner after my long run yesterday in Denver. It was SOOOOOOO good and refreshing. I sat by the Platte River and watched people.

Yeah, I like that too, or sometimes the passion tea/lemonade blend.

Yea doing better. I had to cut my long run short yesterday but am feeling good today. Going to go out and finish it up tonight. Thanks for checking in on me. Still on track for IMCDA. No worries.

Yay!! I'd love to be at 17%. That's about the lowest I could go and still be healthy. Any lower than that, and I'd stop being visited by Aunt Flo, and losing my hair and all that crap, which is bad.
