mehaner - 2012-11-15 2:48 PM i'm SO TIRED of working today...ugh...and just tired.  entertain me please, the doomsday crazies are no longer holding my attention.

Me too. This time of day is brutal for me. Every. Single. Day.
Thinking a Diet Dr Pepper and some chocolate to perk me up.

I've been fantasizing about just picking up the dog and wandering off to wherever I darn well please today. There are lots of places to see in the SouthWest. I could trade in the Mazda for a Jeep and just hit the road for a while. Duke likes car rides and camping.

It's been entertaining me in my meetings from 9:30am until now...

Ever been to Slick Rock/Moab/Arches?

It's fantastical...

I did Arches/Moab fairly recently. It was amazing. It was such a quick trip though that I'd definately go again

That area and southwest Utah are my favority places in the US I think!  Spent way too much time there prior to going in the service.  I have only been back like 5 times since.  Waiting for the kids to get just a bit older so I can expose them and the wife to it also.

Exposing the wife is fine, but exposing kids might lead to kiddie pornography charges, so be careful.

Going?  I went to the Denver Grand Prix when I lived there (KART) and it was intense.

I read that as "fish and spackle" ... and thought,  is that what the spectators are wearing these days?  I should be up there (hopefully) before the swim start.  Depends if my passenger is ready to go on time.  We shall find each other and amass as a group for a larger cheering section for the boys and girl!

Ha!  Well, if we did "fish and spackle", we'd definitely stand out...trout? salmon? guppy, perhaps?  We haven't decided on arrival time. Having two little passengers affects things like that :/ But they do provide lots of extra noise!
