slake707 - 2008-01-18 3:20 PM Shelly, are you jealous that 3558 had BT put the type of bike he rides under his name, and you don't have it?

Yes this angers me. Greatly. Guess I will have to quickly post 1000s of useless posts like him to get my bike type listed.

So basically, just continue doing what you've been doing...

Exactly... Aren't we all doing the same thing? Is this thread of any social redeeming value?

No, but it's better than f*ing around on Gmail chat all day - this way, we can all join in the conversation

True. And they disabled my gmail chat danmit at work

Helloooo? Anyone around?

I am starting to slip into a massive food coma right about  now. Going swimmy with Leaf and 3558 is definitely not happening now...I'd probably fall asleep in the pool and drown. We'll see if I can get in a run - I feel fat and probably should. But sitting in the hot tub sounds nice right now

Go swimming with the boys.  The more time you spend around 3558 the better his chances are.

No, they're fast - at least, 3558 is. I think if I got in a pool right now, I'd sink like a rock. Dang tasty Chili's...

Since Leaf likes to stalk Tri-hottie and he said that judging by Matt's time at Luray, that Scott was faster than him. And Matt is a faster swimmer than I am. So I'm guessing Scott is faster, too.

Shelly was wrong. The beer cheese tasted like a piece of cheddar dropped in a morning after stale stunky beer. Yuk.

Since I have been taunted for not appearing on the thread, please check out this link:

http://www.cbf.org/site/PageServer?pagename=act_sub_yourpart_cyclist

Chesapeake Bay Foundation will send you a free water bottle and stickers if you promise to ride your bike more. How easy is that?

Dude it was good. But really, the sammies from quiznos were actually much better, even though the service sucked

Quiznos?

I don't know which was worse, your party, or turtle having a glass of wine in a plastic cup with the other teachers at lunchtime in the library.

yes, that was OUR holiday party.  only to say, oh crap, I have to get back to the kids!!!  we didn't even have wine, we had coffee.  b/c we were still teaching.  hence, the jager bombs on a friday night.

Well, I made coffee, sat down, logged in, came to the thread, and....

... no tri-hottie update.  I hope this means you're fixing him breakfast at the moment and don't have time to post.

Nothing much to report on the tri-hottie scene. Party was fine, for the most part. Some girl got pretty drunk and was all flirty-flirty with Matt (a girl he used to work wit) but I don't think that she's a threat - at least his brother didn't think there was anything going on with him. At one point, they were talking in his room (with the door open), but she came out looking not happy, and continued drinking. Anyway, she caused a bit of a scene, and then Matt ended up driving her home in her car (because she was definitely too drunk to drive), and his brother followed him in Matt's car. So that was a bit of a killjoy. I hate stupid girls who cause drama, esp. after the age of 22. But I'm still cooking him dinner this week, so I win

Haha, no, I did find out though, that the girl WAS a girl he dated briefly. He actually pulled me aside at church tonight and apologized for last night's drama. He thought she would be okay, but apparently, she was not, esp. considering that she got wasted. He said he felt bad for putting me through that and didn't want me to feel awkward or embarassed and that he owed me an explanation. He said that he thought I handled it really well and that the reason he was talking to her in private was to prevent a scene and to prevent her from storming out and driving her car while she was intoxicated. So that was nice of him, I thought And whatever he told her certainly made her dislike me, so I can only imagine

Maybe one of these days, you guys will meet him. But I don't know how to explain BT to him because I obviously don't want him coming on here. You guys would have to not mention BT, and start calling me by my actually name instead of "wurkit", or it might raise questions.
