Good morning Nibbs!  Still feeling sick.  I'm glad I stopped.  The woman who took care of me in medical is on BT and told me that I was in worse shape than I thought.  Kind of funny that she is on BT and we didn't realize it at the time.

That is really funny.

I'm sorry you still feel yukky. Take care of yourself...don't want to be sick for your visit home.

I haven't signed up for the swim challenge, either.  As of right now, I'm not signed up for any tris except for a relay and I'm just biking.  I don't think I'm doing many races this year.  Going to take it easy and focus on running.  I am pretty burned out after last year and getting injured two years in a row.

Going home usually helps because there is so much less pollen in the air than in Richmond.  It's amazing.  Get off the plane in Milwaukee, no sneezing.  As soon as I'm back in Richmond, the allergies kick up again.

I havent set a goal for Yanti's naked swim challenge yet... Puppy and Stevey in chat were trying to get a side challenge going after hearing all about the Pat v Cat thing...

But because swiming isnt my major focus Im not sure I want to set a big number goal...

i haven't even signed up yet

i'm only swimming once a week

I haven't signed up for it, either. The last time I did a swim challenge, I swam until my arms fell off. Or at least, bothered me enough that I wouldn't have minded if they had. LOL

not to mention the fact that you turned into a twinkie

Hmmm, actually -- I was a Twinkie long before my arms fell off.

Wait. That didn't sound right somehow.

Something Beth will NEVER let you forget

That's OK. I have a Twinkie. Beth has Pom poms. AND she's going to post them on her team thread THIS WEEK.

Um... What did you say about not forgetting things?

Silver or Bronze?

Yes, I'm finally going to start paying for what I've been taking for free. And I'm going to use their oly plan (but I'll need to pull in a half).

So talk to me, Goose. What would Nibbs do?

Why not compare the two plans, and pick the one that has more of what you need/want?

Silver gets a lot...KathyG  has friends who said gold wasn't worth the $$ (mav)

Bronze you only get SOME of the plans and they tend to be the ones without the specific workout details

Silver you get access to ALL The BT plans with all the individual workout details etc (I highly recommend this is you want to follow a BT plan)

Gold you get access to the coaching forum wher eyou canype an intro and ask questions about which plan to use or the plan you are using. You get a reponse in about 24 hours but its not personal coaching so the advice can be alittlegeneral.

Personally I would always go silver... the only reason Im not right now is I had NO cash when it came to renew my BT membership because ALL my money is going on THE BIKE. Also with the exchange rate its more expensive for me

It depends on what plans you want.  I upgraded to Silver because it has more plans and more details for the plans.  I like it a lot.  Bronze is fine if your plan is available.  Haven't used gold, but I'd probably end up getting a local coach if I wanted coaching.

So... you need to find a way to make a living that involves training and family.

When you find that, come back and tell all of us, so that we can do it, too.

I started with bronze and upgraded to silver

I feel it was worth the extra $$ for the additional training plans
