What's for lunch? I had whole wheat pasta with roasted eggplant and red pepper in vodka sauce. It was sunny out (for a change) so I walked to the good cafeteria in another building. I had a HUGE cheeseburger and a few french fries. And I wonder why I am up 3 pounds?????  It's okay. Your body needs the energy to fight germs. |

But instead I'm going to have some black beans and rice because that's what I have in the fridge.
