Hubby is on his way home, so once he gets here we hit the road. I've got the car all packed and ready to go. Good news. I am done with decompression on my back. Now I have exercises that I get to do to start strengthening the muscles in my back and legs. No running or bicycleing yet, but I get to exercise. |

The dogs traveled great ... just would lay down in the car and sleep. They got along really well with all of the different dogs in the family too. Lots of play time for them and us too! |

Master 3479 Utah | Subject: RE: 100 Days of Ghoulie power, Part II Hi guys!!! Sounds like I'm not the only gouhlie wandering around the country this week.  I'm in Hawaii right now. Woot! We've been in Honolulu since Tuesday, then tomorrow we head to Maui for a week. I'm loving it, but it will be nice to get out of Honolulu without having to fight traffic to do so. Melissa, I am sure you did awesome on your peds exam! Its ok to giggle at LSD patients, so long as theyre medically stable. They kinda bring it on themselves.  Kendra enjoy your vacay!!! Congrats on the back improving. Dee, welcome home. Yay for happy puppies & puppy parents! Kim!?!?! How are you? Long time no see... Robin, Ann, anybody else around...HELLO!! I've missed everyone & I promise to be back to my old posting after vacation. I think run for August is perfect. I need to run, for sure. |

We leave Tuesday to head down to Robin's. Spending Tuesday night in Roanoke, VA, should be at Robin's early Wednesday afternoon. Along with the canoeing, fishing, and being lazy on the lake, we are also going to go zip-lining, and rock climbing. I CAN'T WAIT!!!

But it rained constantly for 4 days, only about a couple of hours of the 5 day and only a huge thunderstorm on the 6 day, just before breaking camp. Since we have tents and tarps for two other camp sights, a boat load of clothes and other laundry needs doing. Ann, I apologize if there are flags, and tarps and coats and things drying all around the place...
I have GHOULIE ANN and her CLAN coming to visit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And if we are all lucky, GHOULIE KENDRA, too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edited by ceilidh 2012-07-16 7:16 AM |
