Bright side????...Her on your lap in a camp chair probably worse.

I may head to RunTex tomorrow AM to find some slow pokes to join on my 10 miler.

2 weeks away from Knee surgery.. Sorry I need somewhere to count down and I think my mom is sick of hearing it.  I am sure you are too but you can choose to ignore me..  I am ok with that.

How is everyone doing besides eating pizza and living with no furniture?

sometimes friends are schedule-based...

Right now, I could find Tridork friends and go on long rides/runs when the sun is up.

When my wife and kids join up with me, I'll be back to working out when nobody is awake and spending most of the daytime with my family or at work.

I'm also going to move from an apartment to a house that is 10 miles away.

new neighborhood, new school for the kids. Only thing that'll stay the same will be my work peeps and my church peeps.

Desperately trying to not get sucked into the negativity and rudeness here at work before the weekend starts! Oh, and trying not to smack anyone, either.

How'd your quest for the PR go?

I'm doing well - trying to decide whether to be productive before the work day ends, or if I should keep my perfect streak of doing not much this week intact.

Decisions suck.

I know the feeling. Work has been insane and problematic and people keep frigging quitting here. Someone started a trend. I have lost 2 Maint Supervisors, a Purchaser and now our materials manager just quit today.

I am already trying to do 3 jobs and everyone is so negative.

I solved my problem by about it more - said no one ever.

I can't wait for the weekend. I am going to go swimming tonight for the first time in I don't know how long my friend is dragging me out. Stef said no more sitting on my bum.

I say intact. I just mentally checked out of work. I am spending my next 45 mins on TAN.

I put in 68 hours this week here are all hours of the day and night. Stick a fork in me. I am done.

Sweet!!! Congrats!  Those are some good numbers!!
