Subject: RE: QUEEN ZIP & KathyG - CLOSEDI hope its ok but I have ANOTHER training question... So its no secret I LOVE to ride my bike... This morning I went for a ride before work... I want to try and get 1-2 pre work rides OUTSIDE a week... the thing is realistically these workouts are unlikely to be longer than about an hour (possibly a little less) so... my question is this... What are the most beneficial workouts I should be doing on my bike given the limited time? Thing to keep in mind: - Im not racing again on my bike until next season - Its coming into winter here - Its my off season - The long term goal is to be FASTER on the bike - Im aiming for Oly distance next season and if my body doesnt fall to pieces maybe I HIM in 2010/2011 - I will be trying to ride one long and one recovery on the weekends Thanks!
