She looks like she is out on the run as she has a T2 time  but no bike time. Ironman live can be a little funky at times...a a super run...we're rooting for you!!!

They have her bike split up now...she is in 33rd place for her AG...very consistent.

okay so Helen is at a Karate event so I thought I might try the glitter thing.  In the edit screen it is all glittery......not so much on the thread...... It is hard to teach old dogs new tricks.....

Thanks for following the race guys. You're all awesome. I'll fill in details later. It was a great race and I'm pretty sure I'm in for next year. Off for more food. I'm thinking protein and lots of it.

WAY TO GO!!!!

I hope its ok but I have ANOTHER training question...

So its no secret I LOVE to ride my bike...

This morning I went for a ride before work... I want to try and get 1-2 pre work rides OUTSIDE a week... the thing is realistically these workouts are unlikely to be longer than about an hour (possibly a little less) so... my question is this...

What are the most beneficial workouts I should be doing on my bike given the limited time?

Thing to keep in mind:

- Im not racing again on my bike until next season

- Its coming into winter here

- Its my off season

- The long term goal is to be FASTER on the bike

- Im aiming for Oly distance next season and if my body doesnt fall to pieces maybe I HIM in 2010/2011

- I will be trying to ride one long and one recovery on the weekends
