I did.  It's a much happier and prettier bike now.

I love Pedro's Bike Lust.  It makes my bike all shiny.

I also raised my bike goal from 100 miles to 150 miles.  I should have a few miles to finish up after tomorrow.

And with tomorrow's long run I should be darn close to my run goal too.

Way to go Neal.

I'm not real sure what I'll be able to accomplish training wise while overseas, hence the reason for completing my goals so early.

Where are you going?

I just signed up for an 8k (31st of this month), a tri in August, and the Richmond Marathon.  For the marathon, I'm doing a training team and that starts on the 30th.

Guess I should go do some training...

Way to go Jen!

I'm one swim away from goal and I will get in at least 4 swims next week - so that goal is locked.

Running will be my tough one, but I'm pretty sure I'll make it. Plan is to do more short run days and stay away from the 10k distance on Sundays. I can run it, but I think my legs really aren't ready for it.

Also need to call the LBS about getting the bike in for a check. They told me to bring it back in at 400km and I'm now at 450.

Good job on all the workouts, Dan!!  You're not too far away from the run goal.  You should be able to make it.

It took a few miles to get rid of the hangover, but after that things felt great.

I have just a few miles left to get on my run goal, which should not be a problem to get by the end of the month.
