The girl I go to see is my age and hot, but also ridiculously strong.  I met her at a friend's birthday party, so it wasn't just some random person.  Although, I don't think I would mind it if it was just some random hot girl giving me a massage.

I kinda know what you mean... I'm kinda the same way with giving massages.  I will routinely give my wife a massage, but then I don't do it for anyone else... 'cause it's wrapped up for me with my wife.  It's an intimacy thing.  I don't want to touch anyone other than her.

Because it's nice to have someone work out all the knots in my shoulders from sitting at a dang desk or behind the steering wheel of a car, which is where I spend the majority of my time, when I am not training.

I'd never let a straight guy that I wasn't dating give me a massage. Only female masseuses, please (except boyfriends). But eh, I guess it doesn't creep me out - at theatre school, we used to do all sorts of massage-y stuff to each other, because it helps loosen things up for speaking, singing, etc. Theatre school is very touchy-feely and you get over your hang-ups asap.

I'm thoroughly convinced that icing helps me a ton. Can't possibly hurt, at any rate.
