I just went home during my lunch break and cleaned - doesn't that sound like fun? I do like living 2 miles away from my office, though. The only reason why it's taking so long is because this is some sort of giant cricket-like thing living the bottom drawer of my bureau. I saw it the other night and quietly shut the drawer; I'm assuming it's still in there but I'm too scared to open the drawer to put more stuff away!!! Ewww... It probably smelled the yummy marinara sauce and wants a taste. I don't know why it's there. But it's large and disgusting and I'm not really sure what it is, because it resembles a cricket or a grasshopped, but it's not one, I don't think. (And it's not a roach - I know what they look like) Ewwwwww...I wish one of my roommies had a boyfriend or that we had boys on the street that we were good friends with. I do NOT want to let that thing loose in my bedroom not knowing if I can catch it or not. So do guys get a degree in killing bugs? Since when does it have to be a guy? I would rather have turtle kill a bug, then lets say a puss like NL or dck4shrt, OR 3558. It's probably a camel cricket. They are harmless but look pretty neat.
Are you talking to me or wurkit? Or both of us? |

My point was that I don't want to do it, which means my two p*ssy roommates sure as heck won't help me. I've already done plenty of bug killing including a GINORMOUS spider that my roommate went to bed with it still dangling over the kitchen table. |

Well, I'm not gonna be like "Hey, glad you could come for dinner! By the way, there is a GINORMOUS monster bug thing living in my bureau - do you mind killing it? After that, we can cuddle!" Nope, killing bugs shouldn't be a requirement for cuddling. You just need to find a better cuddle-buddy. They rule. |

Subject: RE: No Housework Day Ride & Cherry Blossom 10-Miler Carbo Load Dinner!!! Well, I don't think the thing in my drawer is a camel cricket, but I did discover that we do from time to time get one of it's natural enemies, the house centipede...eww...those little f*#$er are fast - have sucked one or two up with the vacuum during the summer/fall. Gross. |

and kind of rude and calling your roommates a bunch of p*ssys on a public forum isn't rude? I just meant that since they are always asking ME to kill bugs less gross (or just as gross) as this one, that I doubt they'll do the same for me. I wish our dog was a lot bigger. My dog would try to eat something like this and that would be the end of it. Not sure if adorable little Courduroy would eat the monster-cricket thing. |
