I'm sure you check in periodically though.  You know, to keep up appearances

Yay for taking Friday and Monday off! I plan to hang out at 24 hour fitness most of Friday, but we will see if I actually get out of bed, haha.

Mornin' everyone.  It's another crazy day in paradise -- started out with a steamy, humid, consequently slow run though!  I hope everyone has a fabulous day.

It sounds like summer is in full swing for you!  It's still gray and cold here.  I don't get it, it's JUNE.  It should be warm and sunny.  Not rainy and in the 50s.  Boo.

Oh, no, don't say such things!  I was soooo happy for rainy and cool when I got back to Boston yesterday.  6 days of 85-90 and HUMID was brutal... I even stooped to dreadmill running when I couldn't bring myself to go hoof it outside!  55 and a little drizzle is PERFECT pavement pounding weather in comparison.

I'm back home!  YAAAAY!  Although I'm so exhausted I bailed on a training ride for another couple hours of sleep this morning.  LAME.

Thanks to whomever updated the spreadsheet for me while I was away!  It was tough getting online while at the conference center.

And a late congrats to those who raced this past weekend!  You all deserve the donuts and cake and cookies I've been avoiding pictures of in the last gazillion pages!  Although, no one, Andy, NO ONE deserves that kitty litter cake.  Yuk!  I don't think I could eat it unless I made it... and I don't think I could bring myself to make it!  My first tasing goes to the woman who came up with that recipe!

Hey, taser fanatics!  Sorry I've been absent lately - I've been so busy that I've barely had time to log onto BT.  Hope everyone is running, running, running! (and not just running your mouths )

Okay -- I lived in OK for 33 years and never had any tornado damage.  In TX now and had one go right over our house last night!  All is well, so far (still storming) - just minor roof damage and tree branches everywhere.  At least I still have electricity and internet

Wes

Glad you're OK!

Glad you are OK.  They had us sheltered in the halls at the community college last night.  They made stay there for an hour...  It wasn't even raining when they made us evacuate...

At least it was only an hour (not all night).

Glad you're OK, too!

You know you're reading through the thread quickly, when you think she just said ^^^.

I thought it was just taken for granted that everyone here enjoyed that.

Well, *most* of the people here requested a Tasering Team....

But some of the others didn't quite know what they were about to get into.

Holy Hannah, what an afternoon/evening.  I'm ready for bed!  But I will settle for a rum and coke.  I made it a double.  You know it was a crazy afternoon when I'm drinking before the kids are in bed!

If nothing else, it was memorable for everyone!  But then again, so would a good tasering...
