Vacation was great.  Loved the beach AND I'm not sunburned (first time perhaps ever on vacation)!!

Today I am really tired.  I got about 4 hours of sleep last night.  Got up at 3 to get to the airport in Cancun.  Not fun.  We got to the house at 6 pm tonight.

Sweet! I just mapped the loop-T-loop that I run at school and it is a hair over a mile. I am excited for how easy it will be to keep track of distance and pace.

So I went running stoopid early this morning. And then when I came in, I jumped right in the shower because I only had 5 minutes before Sugar Daddy got up and I didn't want to wait until he was done...

As soon as the hot water hit my legs, they went scarlet red and itchy as all get out.

Sugar Daddy thinks I got too cold on my run and then too hot in the shower and my skin couldn't keep up. Bleh.

I'm better now...but it sucked for 5 minutes.

I'm back from the doc.  She said it shouldn't still be so swollen, so I got a cortisone shot.  So far, not helping, but I don't know how long that might take.

Have an MRI Monday after work and then an appointment on Wednesday afternoon to figure out what we're doing.  She doesn't want to do surgery if it's not a bad tear and could heal on its own, so the MRI should tell us how bad it is.
