Because now they have that nice "attack 5 times" button and it's super easy to fight your health down below 20 faster by attacking people that way.  It stinks, and I hate it...and I hate attacking anyone more than twice if they are still alive.  But with my crappy internet here I have no choice...otherwise it takes me all day to get my health under 20.

Plus they have that new "icing" achievement.  People are trying to get that.

AND....the fight list only refreshes every so often.  If you can only attack a couple of people on the list you have to keep hitting them until the list refreshes again and brings up new targets.

Ugh.  The internet here is really killing me!  It's taking 15 seconds between clicking something and it happening.  So I keep getting killed before I can fight my health down.  I have all my Baht banked, but I can never get the vault (or the Casino) to load so I don't always have my Vegas cash banked.  I keep buying things to keep the amount low, but I've definitely lost some cash due to the internet.  If I could just click faster it wouldn't be a problem...

I'm sorry I've been a slacker at sending gifts and such...my internet has been absolutely HORRID.  8 more days and I'm back to the land of fast internet!

Low of lows.  I actually have -3 health points.  How is that possible?

I really suck at these new boss fights, I don't have nearly enough health to take most of them out.

Yep.

You just need to do jobs to get your stock of tools replenished. However I have noticed that the frequency of the drops have decreased since the Fed challenge opened up.

You are correct however that you can gift fight tools. The stun gun by far is the most helpful.

That's about my only hope as well, & I'm not paying so I'm pretty much screwed.

 those new take out the fed ones??  really??    I thought your health or attack was super high.. but maybe it was the stamina.  

My health is under 300.

Wow... I have gone through the first round and half the second with only 195 health.

So - all the bosses work the same.  you fight until you die.  Then you go back and get health - probably in New York as money is easiest to get there - and go back and do it again.  Their health does n ot rebuild as long as you don;t run away.  If you run away it gives them back 25%.  So just keep plugging and you will get them down at the cost of spending your New York money (or wherever you are riuchest - but I can't spend all of the money I have in NY).

Fed bosses are the same way.  In those you need lot's of stamina though, becasue it costs 2 stamina in each of the first round fights, 5 in each of the second and 8 in each of the third and they get more powerful as you go.  Another important thing about the feds is that a stun gun lasts for two rounds, so you stun, then attack and then attack again before they can attack you.,  Don;t waste stun guns by using them consecutively.  This is only in effect on the feds, though.  Level bosses the stun gun is only effective once.  You get 5 hours to fight a fed boss before they get restored, so don't start a fight you aren't ready to see through. 
You can get all the boss fight weapons by doing jobs in the levels.  Really, though, you don't need them, especially for the Feds.  Save tools for the level bosses.  I am two bosses away from finishing the feds and through the first three stages of Vegas, with two levels of 4 and 5 done. 
If you have not been concentrating on building your stamina, you need to start doing that (along with health).  If you have your weapons and Chop shops built up, you make vehicles and weapons that also add 6 stamina points with the build.  If you do that in both aareas every day - that's 12 a day - which monts fast.  When Vegas started I had 212 stamina and 205 Health.  I am almost to 500 in both now.  You need the stamoina as you go up in Vegas levels because you have to finish the fight strings before you can go to the next level and the 4th levels cost 100+ per fight. 

 I wonder if it's other stuff then My health is 200  but both attack and defense are over 1300, and I usually don't have any problems with the boss fight or the feds.

I didnt' know you get stamina for the build stuff... I build both of  mine everyday, and have noticed my stamina going up at all... it's still right around 250 .. I wonder why...

My attack(950-ish) & defense(696) are significantly lower than yours, but my stamina's way higher(690).  That's part of it too.

In the chop shop you get +6 Stamina for building a Rebel 2, +6 Energy for a Solar Flare, +3 attack for a Mugati sport and +3 defense for a Hunter Spy XS.  You can get +1 attack and +1 defense for a Day Rider 2K.
On the weapons side, you get +6 Stamina for a Robber's Utility Belt, +5 Attack for a Railgun and +5 Defense for a Plasma Rifle. 
I just have a tough time keeping up with weapons parts.
