The kids are kids.....always pushing our buttons.  Supernanny, you say....check this out.  Yes, it is me.  And no, I didn't get my biking done yesterday but have a plan for Wednesday.....lots of miles.  For now I am stepping back into the final day of my recovery week and trying to stick as close to my plan as I can, despite the little vacay I have going on Sat-Tues (walking will be those days!).

Nice ride last night!  I am working on the most extreme plot to get in not only a long bike ride tomorrow, but also a swim and a haircut.  We shall see if it transpires.  I feel like I always have a plan A, B and C, plus a D, E and F just in case those fail.  It is tiring!  We should be able to log that!!  Good luck riding again tonight--how do you ride with the kids around??  Trainer?

I saw a bike with the two kids on an attached bike who both were pedalling...I have seen one, but not two!!? I almost wrecked when I passed and tried to crank my head around to see them! my DH also commented how cool it was! he also had kids following on single bikes....these kids were riding in those ferocious winds I told you of! maybe I am a bigger wimp then I thought! they seemed to be really having fun! and me! I was whining! hehe

 Got 30 minutes on the trainer today.   Now off to tennis practice.

Hmmm since I bought my own gifts last year... Im expecting the same thing this year!

OK OK....I swam....and I swam 2000m was great day really warm...but the pool heater was broken...is someone trying to tell me something!!!??? I did talk to the masters coach and he is meeting me at the pool at 7am this week...so, I am on my way to being a swimmer...yay! He also heads up the tri team and is trying to get me to join....not sure if I am ready to commit to that!! Gotta go...going to meet my DH at his work so that we can do a ride! short but sweet....but still some saddle time! Hope everyone else is either on their trainer/stationary bike or out pedalling their bikes about! GO JOUSTERS GO!!!!
