Anyway, I took a guess at my time, and updated my time on the spreadsheet to be cumulative. Looks kind of like we all didn't understand that.

I had a bunch of class and work stuff hit at the same time, then I got sick, so I've pretty much dropped training entirely. Hopefully I can get back into it starting today - I think I'll still be able to make my goal if I schedule these last few days correctly. Sorry about all the empty spaces I'm contributing so far. Congrats to the people who had races already!

Glad you're feeling better then! Take it easy returning back and I can adjust the goal if it looks too close for you. Just let me know what you want to do.

I tried an LT test this morning on my bike trainer...think I messed it up cause I can't find the summary of the exercise to look at the HR, BUT I spent an hour on the trainer and did 28.17 miles. Hope you all can get some time with your bikes soon.. We don't have long to complete this challenge and some of the logs remain very empty

I got in a WINDY ride today. And I have a bike/run brick planned for Sunday. I'm going to have to put in some longer rides next week to meet my goal. I hope the rest of the team gets their time in too. I don't want to have to change my avatar to a peep!

I did another hour today. That will be my last bike for the month, as I'll be traveling all of next week on business.

I hope all of those chocolate easter bunnies fuel some long rides this week!

No riding for me today...I don't want to push myself too hard, I'm still recovering from the flu. I will plan on getting some time in tomorrow morning. It won't be outside yet, we're supposed to get about 2 inches of snow tonight! I thought it was Spring!! Oh well....at least I won't have to worry about my chocolate bunny melting!!

Went for my longest ride ever today again wow this challenge has pushed me. 2:43:30 and 65 K that is what happens when you train with people doing IronMan Canada. I can honestly say that this challenge this month just like all the others has pushed me to where I did not know I could go. I have to thank all the people that organize these and for my teammates that give me my inspires!!

So far this month I have gotten in 9:08:57 and 232.96Km's those numbers just totally amaze me!!!

With a solid 25 miles today I am over the mark! 154.65 miles down....with all that is going on with my personal life I did not think that this would be possible. Thanks to all for the encouragement!
