I don't think she really looks like me In the picture it looks like she might have your smile. Beautiful picture full of beautiful women. And I love the fact that they are wearing dresses with color. When my daughter was in HS, all they wanted was black dresses or black with white. It was so boring. When they are young is the perfect time to wear color. ps glad the dress got there on time. She is stunning in it. |

See, I would have skipped the swim and just gone straight to Starbucks. You girls are so confused . Beth... gorgeous picture of all three of you! Sounds like a great race, Pam. Looking forward to reading your RR. Sounds like the birthday celebration is in full swing and pierced ears... big step! Sorry about the foot, Kendra, but take your time with it. It's still early in the season. OK, that's all the catching up I done did! |

It's fancy schmancy, has lots of bells and whistles and, evidently, it's smarter than I am. In less than 24 hours I have effectively locked myself out of it. Customer service is "closed for maintenance" until tomorrow. I think that's code for "watching the Masters" . |

I can't imagine open water swim practice today. It was effing freezing this morning. After the race, I stood on the hot shower at the Y and still shivered. You ladies are tuff!! Hope your lattes were smokin hot! The birthday celebration is complete. Ears have been pierced, presents have been opened and cake and ice cream has been devoured. Stick a fork in me, I'm done!! |

The one lady who mentioned that we actually swam looked like she was going to let us go in front of her. Her friend, not so much. Oh well. That makes me feel a little tougher. |

What did you get? Yes my pink phone was on its last legs, too... wouldn't hold a charge in the battery, but at least I was smarter than that phone! I got the LG Shine... it doesn't come in pink. The BoyToy brought it home for me (after my not-so-subtle hints that I was feeling mildly frustrated by my phone dying a slow death... don't listen to him when he says I was swearing like a sailor over it... clearly I am angelic and woud never do such a thing). He got me red instead of black because he decided that was kinda like pink. Oh, by the way? No, I don't think red is kinda like pink... but I can live with it. It was actually very thoughtful. Now if only I can figure out how to unlock the darn thing... |
