Will be doing the virtual 5K on Friday as well here in Oklahoma City and will keep the family in my prayers. I have been lurking in her log for a long time but never met her in person. You can just feel the sunshine when you read her log - you could get a sense of who she is.

Our friend Christine will give the ulitmate gift today.  In respect with her wishes and those of her family, her organs will be harvested for donation.  She will save a lot of peoples lives today.  Please pray for her family in this sad sad time.   They will need all of your love and support.

So sad.  Live life to the fullest.  I was going back an reading her race reports.  She had just raced a 70.3 a couple months ago.  She fought  so hard right up to the end....Bless her heart.....

Oh so incredibly sad ... I am registered and will run a 5k Saturday in her honor.  No iPod, no nothing ... just prayers for our 'Lucy' and thoughts of what really matters.

Just registered.  There are a bunch of AZ BTers going to Flagstaff for a race on Sunday, so we are going to meet up Friday night to do the Christine 5k in her honor!!
