Ran the whole race with Dan (also in VA forum) he pulled me by the hand for the last couple miles cause I was hurting. Agreed. The weather was awesome. I had a great race, but I'm dying now.  I'm also a little bummed that there's no official results (yet) because of the weather? I ran somewhere between 2:05 and 2:06, cracked off 9:30-ish miles through the course. Then I ran into a terrible accident at 64/95/195 and sat in my car crying for 15 minutes. I just wanted to get home. Then I recovered and stopped at Chic-fil-a for a shake and fries. Came home. Pretended to help Sugar Daddy rake leaves. Got cleaned up. Now I'm headed for the couch where I will unlikely move the rest of the day! |

I have my HRM data, but I accidentally stopped it for 5-10 seconds when I was trying to hit the lap button at mile 8, so I'd rather have the real number. I'm hurting too...but the beer is helping.  Yes, the wino is drinking beer. |
