This is true. I don't want to get on the trainer twice in one day either. I think the min. amount of time is 5 minutes to get the bonus points.

I had decided that it would be 5 minutes minimum to qualify for the daily bonus. I know, 5 minutes doesn't sound like much, but the idea was to get someone on the trainer, and then sometimes 5 minutes turns into 30 so that's a good thing. Secondly, no extra bonus points for multiple rides in one day. Like you said, someone could claim 10 five minute workouts and keeping track of this would be a nightmare for me, and be on the border of being ridiculous! As it is, half of my challenge is bouncing around to everyone's log and getting all the info, several times per day. I will say that my secret plan is to keep up to (skinny) Newleaf by cashing in on the weekly weight loss bonus. 100 points per pound loss from a near clydesdale state will offset a good amount of training minutes! LOL

I need to work better on that..oops I just made chocolate chip cookies...healthy version but still. I swam already which is my real weakness and will run later...hope to hop on one of my bikes for quick spin outside before it gets dark at about 4pm. I'm racing cyclocross this weekend...I think that deserves double points ..riding around when it is 32 in the mud over hills, running upstairs carrying my bike and jumping over barriers...heck it is a lot of fun I'm really hoping for some snow...that would add a new thrill to the race. I can see those at the top with points pulling a long day on the 31st with 2-3-4-5 hours on the trainer to get more points.

Sounds fun though, getting all muddy and jumping on and off the bike. The really good 'cross riders are amazing with their bike handling skills and what they can ride over that you and I would have to run! OK, only 30 minutes for me on the trainer, but it was a hard 30 minutes, sweating buckets and out of the saddle about 25% of the time!
