Do I live in America? I'd expect it from some East Coast pu**y city, but Chicago??? You disappoint me, Chicago. I have vegetarian chili right in front of me! It's really spicy but delicious! |

No hate WORKING. I would rather play all day. Boss if fine. The rest is true. My bad. I would rather play all day, too. In fact, I would prefer NOT to work at all. Seriously. I don't think I was made to sit in an office for 9+ hours a day. Now if only fun jobs paid enough to allow me to pay rent, eat and possibly save a little. But alas. |

I'd expect it from some East Coast pu**y city, but Chicago??? You disappoint me, Chicago. Hey now, don't go ragging on the East Coast. Not all of it sucks. At least not the northeastern part Maybe. I'm not a huge NYC fan, to be honest. But I bet there's a place that serves decent chili. NYC has everything. In New England, they prefer chowdah... mmmmmmm NE clam chowdah. Heaven in a bowl. Manhattan clamb chowder? Not a fan. |

Manhattan clamb chowder? Not a fan. Probably cuz they use "clambs" and not "clams" I prefer clams. Clam chowder was the only thing my college's ghetto-a$$ cafeteria (or rather Berklee College of Music's caf, which we used cuz we didn't have one) couldn't screw up. |

Sensei Sin City | Subject: RE: TAN #64 - A Case of Temporary InTANity ANYWAY... So, the processor calls from the Water district about something wrong with our plans. Wastes 15 mintues trying to expain it to me and get direction (failing miserably). I end up telling her to come back and I would look into it. It was a 5 min fix I could have done over the counter. Now I have to go back and do it myself. The saying is true. If you want something done right, do it yourself. I also took another project away from her and decided to do it myself since I was already going to be there. She looked like she was worried that I thought she was a screwup and couldn't get the job done. And she would be right. |

Bens Chili Bowl, wonder if they serve chili?? I was actually thinking of Ben's Chili Bowl - SOOO delicious. But their chili is probably out of a can and not homemade. Still amazingly tasty though. For those who are not from here, it's a hole in the wall where you can get various meat-on-meat combos, often smothered in cheese. Like chili cheese bacon dogs and such. And fries, with said toppings. |

Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: TAN #64 - A Case of Temporary InTANity Hey TAN. Went to the doctor this morning. The short version of my doctor's appointment is that I have a combination of problems with my ITB and kneecap that are causing pain. At this point, I don't need surgery, but depending on how I respond, they may need to do something arthroscopically later. Longer version is in my blog. |
