Champion 14571 the alamo city, Texas | Subject: RE: NOVEMBER Peach Challenge! sooo i am legit for today - dragged my butt out of bed over an hour after i planned to ride the trainer - but yesterday i did tons of running around at work but never sat down and said "it's peach time" i woke up at like 4 am and thought "oh no i didn't get my peach! ahhh i'm going to have to count walking my dogggggg!" |

I'll be peachy tomorrow too, promise! Post IMAZ peach, it's usually a lot of walking errrr...hobbling....but I will be peachy I've been peaching for over a year, it's a lifestyle! LOL!!! |

Lugging groceries in counts as strength taining and housework is loggable...so if you spend hours vacuuming and doing laundry it counts! (I have been known to use these when desperate fo my peach) |

Today's goal was Power Intervals (30 sec in a big gear). Looking forward to the weekend long rides when I get to see the mountains and countryside from a bike! |
