I have updated for the month.  THis is my 'restart month.'  My volume is way low--but will be picking up.  Good job team 2!  and you too Team 1.

As of this moment, I have the most minutes of everyone for the month of February. Too bad that'll never last!

Yes, you would be correct my dear. Too bad it didn't make it until the end of the day. I would imagine that I am in the same boat with you. Only for a moment we had the lead.

Finally updated my January time.  I also did some quick math.  Team 1 is only at 5% for January.  That only gets us 60% of the way to the moon if you do the math out for the year.  Team 2 is only going to get 48% there.  We need to step it up everyone and get training.

I'll pledge an average of 600 min weeks to help out Team 1 for the next 6 months.  Anyone else?

I think the summer months will pick up. I know my cycling volume drastically increases when the weather gets nicer and I'm sure others are the same way. My run was also lacking slightly this month due to the marathon, I tapered, then took over a week off afterwards to recover so I lost quite a bit of run minutes. It would be interesting to see our total volume month by month to see how much we increase as the days get longer and the weather gets better - I know for me there really is a limit to how many hours I can spend on my trainer!

Does the snow now have everybody? Mighty quiet for a challenge thread.

Somewhat of a break-through swim this morning. Felt like I cruised through a 1500. Can't say that I have ever felt that good after a swim, did I mention my swim is more of a barge...Oh well, obviously did not work hard enough, so there is always tomorrow for more pain!

And yes team 2 we are coming for you!

YES, it was effective trainer avoidance, it was 40 and cloudy so it felt a lot chillier than last weekend but still pretty good for early February.
Can't say that I would want to go out if it was 10 F and windy ta boot.

I am officially not shooting for the moon anytime in the next few days. More snow, are you kidding me? It wouldn't be so bad if they would plow the roads. Send the snow to Vancouver, I hear they need it.

I was out of town last week so my swim and bike volume suffered This week I'm trying hard to get the motivation back and pick up where I left off. It'll be easier when it's nicer out and I can ride outside again - I am so sick of my trainer!
