HollyW - 2010-06-07 1:52 PM Hey team!!  Got my goals posted on the spreadsheet (finally) but it's not totaling my average.  How do I fix?  Got a swim & a short run in yesterday.  Today is a rest day but will try to get some yoga in this evening.  Have a great Monday!!!

I'll drop in and fix it...if somebody hasn't already.

It will cost you.  I'll let the team decide what that should be.

Fixed.

I had a great 40 mile bike ride with my husband yesterday. The absolutely awful headwind on the way back was not great, but overall the workout was great and the time spent together was great.

Pool reopened today. I got up later than I would have liked (see "bike ride," above). Went to the pool and got dressed out, but whoa every lane already had multiple people in it. I turned abound, got dressed, and went to work. But I will stop and swim on the way home from work

My lunch hour walking/jogging buddy canceled on me again, but I got out there and did my two miles. After a brisk walk to warm up, I jogged from the corner to the driveway, then walked to the next driveway, then jogged to the no parking sign, then ran to the next one, etc. I'd say I'm getting close to running half the distance; i.e., a mile.

I say she should buy a certain teammate lunch at a certain restaurant after a certain race this Saturday...  Just an idea

LOL, LMAO, ROFL, and ROFLPMP.

However, I was thinking during this run/walk that I have made a lot of progress in the last two weeks. I began to feel that it may truly be possible to run 6.1 miles by next June. So that's good!

Are we still under the general rule that a session is 20-30 minutes?

If that's the case, one couldn't count the swim of a sprint leg as a swim session, right?

I *think* this is a 'chose your own adventure' challenge... so you decide what counts and what doesnt!

You enter the door to your right.

You are eaten by a Grue.

The End.

Did you leave your finger tucked in that page so you could go back and make the other choice? And then go back to the decision before that and read both choices? And then go back to the decision before that...?

Honestly, I'm just glad someone got it.  I thought it might be kind of a stretch.

Awesome, I'll just think about running, and have that count!

My rule is that I get to taser you. Now, let's discuss whether the tasering shall be a reward or a punishment. I'll let you decide that. Either way, I just may choose to do the opposite of what you want. I'm difficult like that.

P.S. I would comment on your pizza goal, but since I'm at work, I won't. :P

Re the totals -- I removed "blank" column totals so that I could calculate the weekly update. So if you added a goal after Sunday, then yes, your totals will be missing. Just let us know, and someone will fix it for you.

I wish I could run 6.1 miles by next June. All that happens is I do 2.5 and end up aggravating the PF again. *sigh*

I hate PF. Why do we need a plantar fascia anyway? Maybe I could just have mine removed.....

Hey team!  Been MIA but last week was crazy for me.  I think this week will be a little calmer but it is my Boyfriends 21st on Thursday and his roommates are coming down to visit and celebrate so it will probably be pretty crazy once Thursday rolls around.  Got a strength session and a run planned for tonight so I can get back on track with my goals.
