I'll be getting in stage 4 tonight (I think)

Happy Wednesday everyone.

LOL, swam masters this morning in a shallow outdoor pool, I think the water was over 90, coach was spraying everyone down with a hose to try to cool down.

I won't be riding again until Sunday.  No worries, I'm not slacking.  Just part of the plan.  Riding always drops off when marathon training starts again.

Stage 2 for me today. My wife dropped me and my bike off at the office and I will be riding the 20+ miles home. That is if my tire will stay inflated. I thought I fixed the flat last night but its lost air again. My son has my car though and he won't be getting home until midnight so I'll have to get the tire fixed on my lunch break and pray that it holds air. At least I have my pump this time.

Watching the Tour now...Woohoo! OLN will not defeat me.

Might end up biking today. Supposed to do a run, but my hip is still a bit angry...so we'll see.

We really need a stage win so I can go gloat in all the other teams thread...

You can gloat in the Garmin Team thread that your riders are less hurt than ours are.

Yuck!  I love warm water...for floating on a raft and reading.  To work out in?  Eech!

I think they should start putting guys in the breakaways, just to get some TV coverage for their sponsors.

When I was pedalling away in front of the TV last night, all I could think about was that my backside was already going numb, and wondering how these guys could be on a bike for 4-6 hours at a time.

Oh, that sounds like fun.......

Oh no! What if they don't let me bring my tasers on the plane??????????????

I wonder if I can buy one in France..... Hm..... I'm thinking probably not.....

Can I go 3 weeks without tasering someone??????????

If it was over 90F this morning, imagine what would be like if you swam in the afternoon, after the sun has had a chance to really warm things up!

Well, we haven't had a stage win, but I've been post padding on the other team threads, anyway.

I figure we're so far ahead in the post padding challenge secondary challenge, that a few posts here and there won't make a difference.

Maybe they're so far behind that they've been avoiding the pile-ups?

I like swimming in warm water. Not THAT warm though. 90F is a bit much.

OK, it's 7:50 PM. Time to get ready for the Prime-Time coverage with.... Craig. (I wish Bob did more talking, and Craig did less. But at least Versus is giving lots of coverage, so Craig, it is.....)

Sounds impressive.  It's way less impressive to see me actually run.
