Plank-o-hoy!

Planking away, here too. My six-pack has not showed it self yet, but I expect it to reveal it self before the summer

Still not managed to push through the 2 minute barrier. I notice that I have been able to incorporate a better breating techinque, let's hope i can bring me past the magic 2 minute marker.

I've completely fallen off the wagon. I'll try to get back on the horse when my week starts again on Sunday. I'm still hoping to break that 5-minute barrier by my birthday (5-4).

Here's a fun exercise: My wife has a stability ball, and she found.... THE JACKKNIFE!!!

Managed to break the two minute barrier last night with a 2:30 front plank. Even harder was breaking the one minute side plank with a pair of 1:15's. Plank on!

I seem to be stuck on 1:30. But even 30 seconds is better that nothing.

Getting my plank on!

Nice job Robin! Plank away!
Still behind here, someday I'll catch up

Basic question, are you all planking on hands or forearms?

Still somewhat active gymnast. Otherwise I probably would have failed miserably.

Glad to have you.

Work on a rental is taking up a lot of my time. Not planking every day but trying to catchup when I miss a days. March - 36 plank minutes. 124 total for the year. Crunches at 6100 for year.

I, too fell off the plankathon during vacation. Camping was not conducive to finding a surface to plank on. Back at it now. At least I didn't fall too far behind on the time frame, 1:45.

Still planking here. I seem to be losing momentum then I'll do a couple planks to try to keep up. Just the bare minimum. Plank on!

I lost momentum on EVERYTHING. We have been working on a rental and it's been all consuming. Then last week I finally got some downtime and instead of starting back with running, planking, stairs, etc., I instead decided to sleep, eat, and drink wine. Also seem to be picking up the weight that I worked hard to lose. Sigh. So I butt-kicked myself this weekend and did a little running and a few planks. I've got to start getting back into the habit.

It seems the planking mojo has vanished from a lot of us. My knee injury has not helped the matter. Starting back TODAY.

I hear you Pam on changing my triathlon sports to eating, drinking wine and napping. I intend to change that around as well.

Oooo can I come play! I just found this thread. 2:02 tonight, and my cat found it to be a great time to play "Hang out under the bridge that daddy just made." At a company I used to work at, 2 guys and I shared an office and would get down and do planks every hour on the hour. Boss man was always on the prowl though so we'd take turns having one person keep a lookout while the others planked, like watching for the guard in prison. One day one of the guys got really immersed in pretending to work while keeping a lookout for us and sure enough, in walks boss man and finds the 2 of us on the floor. He was not impressed with the 2:30 I knocked out.
