I lost momentum on EVERYTHING. We have been working on a rental and it's been all consuming. Then last week I finally got some downtime and instead of starting back with running, planking, stairs, etc., I instead decided to sleep, eat, and drink wine. Also seem to be picking up the weight that I worked hard to lose. Sigh. So I butt-kicked myself this weekend and did a little running and a few planks. I've got to start getting back into the habit. |
