I know for a fact that we have a LONG run on Sunday!! I can't get the pix of my hat that I knit to post in here, too big of a file and no time to edit. They are in my album under 'brag shots' if you wanna see. If I get time later I will try to post it in here--it's my purple people eater hat!

If it weren't for this incredible team and all the inspires, I wouldn't have been sticking to my training the way I am. It would be "oh I'm tired," or "I don't feel like running today." But with my Purple Peeps, I go out there and I get it done. And my running is finally starting to come a little easier. Although today's long run didn't feel easy. |

But, I didn't stretch at all yesterday, so that's my own fault. Hubby actually asked if I wanted to go outlet shopping, so I'm all over that. He must have ordered some video game or something without asking. I'm going to try to get in up to 3 miles later tonight, but I'll let my legs tell me what the right distance is. w00t! too cool  . Now everything on top is just gravy. Here's a question, do we include runs we do *on monday*? So if I got up tomorrow and did a little diddy, I could include it in my total that I report tomorrow? (sorry, logistics!) |
