Okay 2 and a half hours to do around 60km, easy, come on Yanti time to dig deep - smash it now, then take all of those 7 hours and walk a marathon home. You can do it!

It is currently 3:15 in W.A....she has already passed the 155km check point..so she has 1 hour to do less than 27km...go Yanti.

Not too bad. Achilles better every day. Finished my marking finally today, one more day of a two weekend course tomorrow. Just wanting to see Yanti finish on the bike, then I am headed for some zzzzzzzzz's.

Have fun tomorrow, hope we don't get the snow they are sorta calling for...although I like running in snow.
