So I got back on and kept at it. Had a great time on the zip lines! Def a must do in Moab! We were with a family from Sydney.. Now the voice in my head has an Aussie accent :-D

Awesome!!!!

Hey Chris I love your new profile pic.

Is there room for one more on the Jogo train?

I'm also considering challenging myself to go 30 days without chocolate. I just don't know that it is realistic - I struggle to go one day. I guess that should be a signal to me that I really need to do it.

Well, apparently, that's how you DO do it. Just one day at a time. Just this moment. When I do such things--this is rare, admittedly--I prefer to think of it as WITH something rather than without. I am enjoying THIS moment with a peaceful stomach and soon(ish)-to-be-slim body. I am enjoying this lovely strawberry/mango/papaya/etc.

Two days in Bali. As usual, I've totally crashed out and am utterly unable to train!

But the cat is happy.

I may actually be sick. I don't want to eat a damn thing--not even Pop Tarts, which probably means I should call an ambulance--and have blazing attack exit-wound diarrhea. AWESOME image for you right there!

OK, I got my Jogo time in today. 30+ minutes running/cool down. I am going from now until June 27th, which is a bit more than 30 days, but the day has meaning to me. My Jogo challenge is an addition to the weight loss I am working towards, so it should help.

Had enough of my ugly mug? Or is it because you want to see the pins?

The photo is actually pretty hot and snappy, AND it looks like you're going to rip one, all at the same time. Rare talent.

Okay. I'm in for the 30 min/day Jogo Challenge.

I feel so out of touch lately, but final grades are in, my assessment reports are finished (for now -- more to do on Thursday when I get information from others). Today is the little boys' last day of school (out at 11:30 a.m.). Number One son gets back from his Oregon/Washington visit tomorrow at 11 a.m. And Dairy Land is open!!! Summer is officially beginning in my house this week.

So there's this 10k trail run that I have wanted to do for years. They run a 28 mile bike ride at the same time, and I usually do that, but this year, I'm thinking of taking my bike up with me, running the 10k, and then biking for a couple hours on some hills. Please tell me to DOOO  EEET (or however you spell it.)

Here's the description:

“The course includes roadways, rolling native grassland, cowboys, the famed Suicide Hill, and start/finish on Main Street. This course is as beautiful as it is demanding and it brings out the best in runners each year.”

I'm pretty simple ( minded), I drink black coffee w/ some typ of artificial sweetener. I know it's not good for you, but there you go. Have you ever tried honey in your coffee. I've been afraid to.

I knew I liked you Ann-Marie! Black coffee with sweetener. Sometimes sugar, sometimes Splenda, depends on what is available.

I probably shouldn't tell you that I drink only decaf!

I know, I know; but caffeine causes bad things to happen to me. A little decaf probably wouldn't hurt you anyway.
