Dang it.  I calculated out that I would have enough stamina to kill off another boss, and I came up about 17k short.  If anyone even has a few stamina to spare, could you hit that boss for me?  Just a couple of hours left.   I hate to waste all that effort and get that close....

JBrashear - 2010-09-07 1:50 PM The gold level on the San Juan fights takes an obscene amount of stamina.

The fist boss was ok, the second boss at gold level was rough, needed 3 refills.  The third?  I calculated I need 4, plus some help and some fight items (shanks).  Health and stun guns are worthless since you still use stamina when they are stunned and you can always fight till you die and buy more  health from the doc (that's what I do)  So shanks are the only usefull item

The forth boss?  I'm nervous on what that will take.  Probably will require purchasing (which I proly won't do) Reward points to buy more stamina or energy to level up (getting a stamina refill).

What sucks is you only have 4 hours to kill them.  So you need to have it all stockpiled.  You can't do it over a couple days.

I'm doing the last boss right now.  I've gone through 3 stamina refills, half a dozen stun guns, a shiv, a couple health packs, & some friends have put in a bit of help(11k hp).  I'm still 9k HP short & just ran out of stamina.  Oh, and I'm about 20 energy points short of being able to do a job to level up.  Argh!

Kido - 2010-08-30 3:45 PM Beat Ruby Level Red Jackson...  It was rough and had to waste a TON of energy...  almost 5k of energy...

Here it is in a nutshell...

Load up on stun guns and shivs and health...  You need 10 of each.  I had to use 2000+ energy doing the easiest associate job in NYC.  It took 45 minutes to use it all up and stock up on items.  I WISH I had some saved up, but I was down to zero on shivs and stuns with my previous attemps at her, which resulted in a waste of them.

Once loaded up, here it goes:  Attack Red Jackson.  Use all 10 stun guns in a row.  The first 6 killed her henchmen, leaving 4 for Red Jackson.  THEN, use the shivs.  They don't do much, but anything helps.  THEN just attack.  It almost wiped out my henchmen with the first blow.  Attack again.  It killed my henchmen and I was down to 50% strength.  I used two healths to get me back to 100%.  I attacked for the last time and was crushed.  BUT, by then, I had her down to 50% strength.  I did NOT run away.

Then, I had to use another 2500 in energy doing the easiest job in the associate level of NYC again to load up on all the stun guns and shivs...

Went back and repeated above.  I was able to kill her with JUST the 10 stun guns and 10 shivs.  Never needed to do an attack.  That leads me to beleive you don't (or I didn't) need to load up with 10 of everything twice.  But if I was going to make the effort, I didn't want to take any chances.

This did not work for me, everytime I get killed the henchmen are back.  It's just stupid.  Boss in district six is relatively easy, especially since you can ask for help.

Here is a plan.  Whenever anyone starts to take on the boss in district 6, make sure to ask for help.  Then come back here and post that you have a help request.  All of us then go and take a turn at helping (it will cost you the health (which we can all afford to buy in Moscow, Cuba or New York) and 20 stamina.  If ten of us go in and help, we get a nice little helper and make it easier on each other - just makes it easier if we all help each other out.

I agree...it's a shame we couldn't be more organized about this...if we got a pretty good group of 5-10 folks together we could literally take turns daily killing off each one for everybody....and everyone would stop wasting a ton of stamina to get "this close" and then run out of time.

Maybe we could make some night of the week "boss fight" night....everyone meets online at a certain time and just helps with boss fights...once this San Juan thing is over I have a TON of stamina and would gladly help on these boss fights in return for someone helping me in a few months when I get to the tough boss fights!

Knocked off the third boss this morning and attacked the forth boss a half dozen times just the see where I stood...

Here is the crazy part...  I knock off about 320 of his energy and lose 50 each attack (plus the 4 stamina).  At that rate, I need 2400 Stamina!  That's 4 complete stamina refills plus a handfull...  Plus I only get 8 attacks in a time before needing to buy more health (I can buy health every 60 seconds).  To kill the last boss, I need to attack him SIX HUNDRED times!  That means I have to buy health 75 times (that's over 75 million rubbles, since I use moscow money that I don't have any other use for)....

Even if I was perfect on my timing, I would need 75 minutes straight to kill the boss.  It really turns into something more like 2+ hours with all the distractions...

I would be in on that...  I only have two bosses left.  Ruby boss for District 6 and last big boss in SanJuan.  I have a game plan for San Juan, but I'm not sure what's in store for Ruby Hill Bros.

I pretty much don't need it, BUT, this could have been nice for the "social" jobs in Vegas.  You get 10% each time a friend helps.  If we got 10-12 sitting around the computer for just 10 minutes and respond to all ten requests, those jobs would be done immediately.

I only have 30% to go on my LAST social job in Vegas right now if anyone wants to help?    Otherwise, I will have that done in about 24 hours...

Then in the near future, two last social jobs to finish the last Bangkok levels (I'm going back to them once Vegas is done).

I'm trying to hit up other people's boss fights when I see one.  I'll keep doing so.  It's actually a good way to fight down my health right away before anyone attacks me when I enter the game.

I'm also trying to hit up everyone's requests for casino/weapons/chop shop parts.  If I can get more people to click on mine, I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, Kido, I don't think I am in your mafia.

I hit it once and had my nephew hit it once - so you should just need one more.

I have a boss fight up!

Helllllllllp!

I try to hit just about every job and item request I see....I even made a condensed list of just MW folks so I can hit more of the requests.  But if we could somehow organize ourselves we could get job requests done a lot faster in addition to Boss Fights....

I'm done with the bosses & have over $6bil in Moscow I'm using to re-fill health, so if you need some help post up on FB & I'll jump in.  What's your name on there again?

That offer goes for anyone else as well, BTW.

PS, just curious...  What level is everyone?

I'm level 728 after playing pretty consistantly for around 2 years.  Sheesh, that seems like a long time...

BTW, anyone notice that if you play 6 days in a row you get one of your wish list items?  A great way to finish off some of those impossible collections...

I have them all except for the money laundry items, the daily chance collection, the stolen diamond collection, and the three collections for doing the fighting tournaments....

I would suggest, if your wishlist has common items like satalite phones or other consumbales, change it on the fifth day to something very rare, then when you start it up on day 6 (in a row), you get a rare item, then switch it back...

Just a lowly level 318 for me. I think I started playing last November and play pretty much just Mon-Fri. I never seem to turn on a computer on the weekends.

I'm not sure how that is working.  I had three Easter eggs on my wishlist, received one of them on one of the "days in a row".  I changed my wishlist to items from the mystery bag collection and received another of the eggs, even though it wasn't on my wishlist.  (I now only need one more egg!!)  Maybe the game is scanning the "special" collections for needed items??
