Congrats Auntie! Unfortunate name. All I can think of is Dory from Nemo now. Just keep swimminggggggg........ and my father-in-law just sent me a picture of the birthing tub she labored in. why in the hell would i want to see that? That's odd. |

p.s. I have no clue why your post on that showed up in my news feed, but holy smokes, those are some good deals! TBT hadn't actually launched their wheel rentals the last time I looked at them. It's nice to see that they are really doing it affordably. I'm actually thinking about the used wheel purchases for the future. Getting a Zipp 900 disc for cheaps would be awesome. I'm thinking of renting some for B2B... but to go with the 404s or the 808s??? Depends on crosswinds - the 808s will throw you around like crazy. |

I made a $600 faux pas. Sort of. I decided to rebuild my old golf clubs instead of buying new ones. It was going to save me several hundred dollars doing so. Well, got them back, happy with them, BUT the new clubs I was considering went on sale for just as much as the rebuild... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I bought them after all. The $90 tie reminded me of this other dumb-arse purchase I need to take responsibility for. That's close to what the salesman said... He actually said I had an extra set to loan to a friend... But you have to see my clubs built for me. It would be like Tony using my TT bike or me trying to fit in a clown car... A slight size issue. |

I think everyone gets anxiety. However, when I do, it's obviously manageable, but at those moments I can see if it was much worse how terrible that must feel. If it's as debilitating as was portrayed on Ironman 3 (I know not a serious drama/reality) it must be scary. |

That's interesting you know the moment. I know THIS may sound crazy, but there have been a few moments I can just feel "I'm about to crack". You sort of feel it happening and maybe it's far from really happening, but it almost seems tangible. |

I'm curious on the over/under on how many times in life a person burns their mouth on pizza or soup, or those hot pocket things with molten lava in them BEFORE they learn not to do that anymore. I'm dealing with 2nd degree NE clam chowder burns at the moment. But it was SO good. |

Sensei Sin City | Subject: RE: TAN#200: BicenTANial Bliss! Originally posted by mehaner it's PTSD, it's easy to know the moment. There were some moments during my divorce I semi lost it. Like when I stabbed our wedding photo with a kitchen knife when she didn't come home one night AGAIN. Left it on the front porch for dramatic effect. I'm not sure if that was crazy or just being young. I had no real desire to hurt her, but the image felt dramatic enough, no? So much symbolism in a stabbed photo... Or just plumb crazy? |
