How could I not have been sore from yesterday?!!?!
Ohh, could not help it but say ASK 3558!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

How could I not have been sore from yesterday?!!?! Seriously, I never if rarely get "sore" from biking. To be sore usually requires some sort of eccentric contractions which I guess biking doesn't include. I never really get sore from swimmy either for this reason. So it's completely natural to not be sore. Now if your legs feel 100% fresh, then you didn't work hard enough and you need to work harder next time. My legs feel a little jello-like today, but not sore. |

I didn't eat again till 11:30. I didn't eat anything for the rest of the day! And they had brought in Lebanese Taverna for dinner after church, too, which I love I was talking to people who had plates full of food and looking at it made me want to hurl. |

We don't always. Sunday nights is the young adult community service, so it's not that many people. Every week, people go out to one of the neighboring restaurants - not everyone does, though. And once in awhile, we have dinner at the church. But again, not everyone sticks around, so it's manageable. |

Sneaky Slow 8694 Herndon, VA, | Subject: RE: No Housework Day Ride & Cherry Blossom 10-Miler Carbo Load Dinner!!! wurkit_gurl - 2008-01-29 11:08 AM A generalization that is sadly true. Men are scared by intelligent women, ESPECIALLY if they're also attractive. Even men who SAY they want a smart, confident, opinionated woman. They don't - they want the cute, quiet girl who is going to sit there and nod and smile and do whatever they're told. A pretty, but less intelligent woman gets what she wants, but is less threatening and ultimately not taken seriously. Yap yap yap. Sheesh. Just zip it, put on one of your cute little outfits, get yer a$$ out in the kitchen, and bake me a pie. |
