Seriously, I never if rarely get "sore" from biking. To be sore usually requires some sort of eccentric contractions which I guess biking doesn't include. I never really get sore from swimmy either for this reason. So it's completely natural to not be sore. Now if your legs feel 100% fresh, then you didn't work hard enough and you need to work harder next time. My legs feel a little jello-like today, but not sore.

Okay. They feel a little wobbly, but not sore. And I'm sure if I went and tried to do it again today, or tried to run, I'd feel it a bit more.

I didn't eat anything for the rest of the day! And they had brought in Lebanese Taverna for dinner after church, too, which I love  I was talking to people who had plates full of food and looking at it made me want to hurl.

Church has catered meals after service..  hmmm maybe I am no longer sorta buddist (like the idea, but know nothing about)

We don't always. Sunday nights is the young adult community service, so it's not that many people. Every week, people go out to one of the neighboring restaurants - not everyone does, though. And once in awhile, we have dinner at the church. But again, not everyone sticks around, so it's manageable.

Yum...pancakes. I don't live too far from Spokes, Etc., actually. However, I am not so sure my roommates would appreciate some random, rowdy triathlete folks coming over and taking up the house.
