I have one supervisor who reports to me on short term disability so I have been keeping an eye on her staff. Then I have another one that was on FMLA last week. Now for the trifecta, the third one had jury duty this week. Biggest time consumer is that we have rolled out our new call quality monitoring system that records the phone calls. So we are part of a pilot program and each supervisor is suppose to do coaching sessions with two customer service reps per day. Since two of them are gone I have been doing their sessions... fun stuff. Actually, it's kind of fun watching the look on the CS rep when they have to listen to their own call and then critique it. |
