(I cropped out my Training partners just in case they did not want to have pics of them posted on the Internet) Note: The Post-Swim pic was snapped about 10 minutes before I re-injured my shoulder in September. We had just finished a 3 mile swim and I guess the muscles just could not hold it together any more. (My shoulder spontaneously dislocated when I reached up to hit the button on the shower) Oh, I added my LP Swim Finish from last year. I was pretty stoked to be out of the water in 1:05:20.
