Subject: RE: Team Skinny (Oct 2008) Its gettng Spooky out there.Yeah Saling, tough stuff, but after you get a few under your belt you do get better at it... Your flexability will most notably increase, and though you still might not be able to get certain poses (as there are some I just can't do (back ) ) you find yourself substituting other poses in their place. And I think that's important, to stay focused on the present even if that means working up to greater levels of difficulting. You're going to have some fun though when it comes down to wk 4 (recovery wk ). It's mostly cardio/jump/and flexibility training.
