Forgot to weigh in yesterday, oops, however today weighed in at 197.2 last week was 180.2 so down 1lbs, yeah finally the right direction.  Goal for end of month is still 195

Opps, I am a lot more tired than I thought I was.  Ok let me try again today 197.2 last week 198.2 down 1lb.  I think the rest must have been wishful thinking.  Still aiming for 195 by end of month.

I would say "jelly" is the correct word.  I did find out that I am LESS flexible then I thought.  Some of those poses are like "WTF..You have got to be kidding me".  I think it was the crane that was a killer:  squat, lean forward and balance on your hands....wowsa.  I can assure you I will never make pansy jokes about yoga again.

Yeah Saling, tough stuff, but after you get a few under your belt you do get better at it... Your flexability will most notably increase, and though you still might not be able to get certain poses(as there are some I just can't do (back)) you find yourself substituting other poses in their place. And I think that's important, to stay focused on the present even if that means working up to greater levels of difficulting. You're going to have some fun though when it comes down to wk 4 (recovery wk). It's mostly cardio/jump/and flexibility training.

We had incredible weather today. Took advantage of a 70 degree day in October and got in a just under 85 mi ride. Great weather here until Monday.
