The short version of my doctor's appointment is that I have a combination of problems with my ITB and kneecap that are causing pain. At this point, I don't need surgery, but depending on how I respond, they may need to do something arthroscopically later. Longer version is in my blog. Will read. So, can some ITB stretching and/or therapy help? |

Wow, I guess that's kinda good, in some ways. You may not need surgery after all. Hopefully, the exercises for the ITB will help the situation. |

Sensei Sin City | Subject: RE: TAN #64 - A Case of Temporary InTANity I asked for a set of plans to be plotted BEFORE lunch so I could go to the gym, then straight to my appointment. They are not ready so it cuts into Ye Olde Gym time. I'm really disapointed with everyone around me today. |

The last time I got a cortisone shot it hurt for two days before it started to feel better. I don't foresee this being better. |

It has been requested I bring my famous Swedish Meatballs... Yum. I am unsure of my Superbowl plans at the moment. I always have the party (for at least the last 3-4 years). Wifey works it. Other than New Year's eve, it's the highest paid day of the year. She get's sick amounts of cash to just 'decorate' a casino superbowl party and socialize. Oh yeah, sometimes they have to do a half time dance number... Edited by Aikidoman 2009-01-13 2:18 PM |

None, really. Maybe the sour cream. It's mix of cream of mush soup, packet of lipton's onion soup (you know, the dried kind), sour cream, some worstishire sauce (I know I butchered the spelling of that). I forget the amounts. All of that over frozen meatballs and stewed for a couple hours/half day in a crock pot. I like to serve with a french loaf, sliced on the bias, of course. |
