TJ-are you being dirty? I can never tell w/you. Would that be one of those undefined food groups you speak of?

BTW, it was Lipton green tea that was the 160 calories for the 16 oz bottle.

Natural green tea is amazing and like 5 calories!!! Drop that Lipton stuff its full of sugar. I microwave a cup of tea, stick a tea bag in there and then pour it over ice after it has brewed. YUM!

And YES TJ and PJ are being DIRTY! :p

The scariest thing I have done so far is log in a few Guinness beers from last night.  I guess everything in moderation would be better for me.  At least it was motivation to get in a good workout this morning.

I wasn't being dirty.  I hate nuts in food .. like cookies or brownies.  It's a conflicting texture thing.  I enjoy my nuts all by themselves.  Heh.

See, I was right! :p

*2 days FAILED avatar.
The rest of you have 4 DAYS!! You can change your Failed avatar back on 3/4 IF you start logging NOW!

Since some don't care much about having to change their avatar, perhaps we will come up with something a little more interesting to keep you motivated to log your nutrition.

Suggestions??? :p

Apparently I haven't been caught by the police (or they're just ignoring me)..but I will change my avatar for 2 days.

While I enjoyed seeing my nutrition and where everything comes from, I don't think I have the time to continually update this - - I'm out of the challenge

I have been allowing people passes for just logging. Would I prefer people to log everything YES, but this is a challenge about learning from your logs - its for you, not me.

If you drop out for the remainder of the challenge you will leave your avatar as FAILED for the remainder of the challenge.

BECAUSE YOU FAILED!

TKD and Fitz I will not be taking the time (because I obviously have so much of it since I log my nutrition) to check your logs. If you decide to join the challenge again let me know.

The only advantage to that would be for everyone else in my case ... once they have to look at me naakid they won't want to eat again.

I don't beleive you.  I think you should prove that.  Well.... we are waiting.....

Don't want to spend the time...

Yes, I watch tv at night - - no, I don't play video games. I train in the mornings. When I get home from work, it's dinner, bathe the kids, clean up, read stories, put the kids to bed, put the kids back to bed, etc....by the time this nightly saga is over, the last thing I want to do is start logging nutrition.

I'll be a quitter at this...but I'm okay with it

All right. I can't seem to get below 178, so obviously what I'm doing is not working. I'll work on getting better at this, although today is a complete washout dietwise. So far it's a bagel with cream cheese, coffee, 3 soft tacos and a bean burrito from TB. And a DIET coke. :D

I'll get it all into the planner/nutrition log/chart thingummy tonight.

Using the log has really been an eye opener for me. Be careful about just choosing what someone has entered as public. On thing they didn't enter the breakdown (protein/carb/fat) just the calories so if you are tracking that just make sure it's there. I eat a lot of the same stuff so I found to enter in the custom area then I just can pick from that list rather than trying to find it in the food category lists.  Welcome back.

Does anyone know of a good web site that I can find the nutritional value for resturaunts?  Specifically, I am looking for Joes Crab Shack.  I got a wrapp from there and I think it's healthy, but want to know for sure and make my log as accurate as I can.  It's really good, so I am hoping its not really bad.
