I"m new to this. Will be be sent a pm with what team we are on or how will we communicate w/ each other? The more details the better . Kendall Hi Kendall, Cat is probably sleeping right now. (Due to her being upside down in the world, and all....) However, here's what she'll probably do: When the teams are ready, she'll post an an announcement listing everyone's team assignments. Then she'll start new threads for each team. You'll be able to click on your team thread, and introduce yourself there. Eventually, she'll put up some team spreadsheets (or maybe convince "someone else" to create the spreadsheets, because she hates doing them). Your team's spreadsheet will show your goals. After you work out, you can update the spreadsheet with your latest info. Each week (or however often she wants to do it), she'll post a "current team standings" announcement, showing where your team stands in relation to all the other teams. Welcome to the Challenge forum! Dee |

Master 1467 Small Town | Subject: RE: Third Annual Tour De France Challenge Anyone doubling up and also doing the MapMyRide TdF Challenge? I'm logging my rides, but no points are accruing... why? I sent a message and got a simple reply stating that they would look into my logs to determine the cause, but so far nothing back. So, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing similar problems. MMR really isn't all that, and it's got nothing on BT! |

I know some people are doing the Versus challenge, and have posted there. I did see the MMR challenge, but didn't sign up. I *already* know how I do compared to the TdF riders. (And it's not good. LOL) |

I had points, but only 'verified' points count for the virtual tour. You need to have GPS backup/download. So if you dont download your trip - it doesnt count. You are only entered into the daily drawing. I do like the auto routing feature on MMR as opposed to clicking every few feet to get an accurate elevation on climbs though. |
