Also did a short run as per my training schedule and added in a 30min spin with high cadence and core work and stretching...
I'm tired again... :S...but I totally napped at school...I don't care if people think I'm wierd...there are couches in the med lounge for a reason... I remember my first Olympic distance swim. I was at about the halfway point thinking 'this is taking forever.' I started singing 'Swing Low Sweet Chariot' in my head: Swing Low Sweet Chariot Coming for to carry me home... Not the best song to sing if you're out in the middle of a lake...  |
