Here you go...I thought I'd help you out

Nice! I like it. I think he needs a bigger piggy bank for that bike though.

Got another 3.65 mile run in (.65 made up from yesterday that I didn't get done) and then some lower body/core for a half hour.  Waiting for the dr to tell me why the shoulder is pissy before I do upper body weights.

Got in a 30 mile trainer ride with little problems as the road rash is starting to heal up.  I should be back on the road by this weekend.  Should be running again by next week as I want my shoulder to get a little more range of motion, and hopefully swimming by next wed or friday.

My goals will adjust a little...but not too much.

Good morning,

I was out late last night at a concert (James Taylor & Carole King; awesome!) so I'm taking the morning off, going for OWS, and then working from home

G'morning!  I got my second OWS of the year in this morning, and another bike commute.  Goals are coming along nicely. . . .

Got a nice 5 mile run in this morning. Had to stop at the 3.37 mile mark since the shoulder was complaining quite loudly. Waited about 30 min and finished it up. I love having workouts complete by 9:30am

This morning when I ran it was 72* and 92% humidity - that is why I was soaked to the bone when I was done. It will be nice for two weeks starting on Sunday - Alaska is highs in the low 60s and much less humidity Might be nice to run in.

OWS was pretty brutal with high winds causing lots of swells and chop. Not quite a FAIL but not too far off. Probably only did about 300m before I'd decided I had been tossed around enough. The one positive is that I verified that the sleeveless wetsuit I bought at the end of last season fits OK, if I get it pulled up all the way to the crotch.

Good morning!!!  What does everyone have in store for today??  I'm going to get a little treadmill run done.  (It's raining so I can't run with baby in the stroller.)

Besides my bike commute (which I'm starting to enjoy!) I don't have anything planned for today.  I'm heading out tomorrow early in the morning up to Madison to do the Madison-to-Chicago 200 mile relay, so I'm resting up since tomorrow and Saturday will probably be very exhausting!

Not sure what I will attempt to do today - I have a 4 mile run on the schedule but might swap that for Sat. The shoulder had me up most of the night and I have to admit that I am "hoping hard" that the doctor finds something tomorrow because it sucks right now.

Going to do an FTP test on the trainer today.  Was supposed to do it yesterday, but I washed my bike shoes on Tuesday night, and it was still soaking wet on Wed afternoon.  I left them in the sun before I went to work today, so no excuses.

I had a very lackluster swim this morning. I was having a general lack of energy (and interest). Finished 2000m.

Tomorrow is a bike commute.

Did my FTP test tonight...and I must say...that was pure hell.  I suppose you could say I went all out like I was supposed to, because I was HURTING.

Ended up averaging 248 watts over the 20 minute test, which is pretty good for me...so my estimated FTP is about 235 watts.

Good Morning team.  I woke this morning with the intent of doing a short 1-2 mile run to get the legs moving, but as soon as I crawled out of bed it started to thunder and lightning out so I ate breakfast and went back to sleep

I've got a few hours of driving to do today.  Everyone have a great Friday!
