I can't have kids, but I'm more than willing to help practice. I believe this statement alone gets you on the rig So true, you had to say it twice, right? I studder when I get nervous around girls... They have identified actual "sectors" of the state for a state-wide zombie response team. They have signature banners which indicate which sector they are assigned. It's pretty funny. ... That's pretty awesome! Good to know we are on top of things in the Keystone State. |

I think that you guys should target a pharmacy right off to get as many antibiotics as you can, and other basic first aid stuff. Having a few Dr's and nurses on your oil rig/box store would be quite helpful too. OK, who's fooling around on the oil rig Well there was plenty of talk about repopulating at one point... Well so far Renee is the only female on the rig Hey now! Let's not make this weird. We would want to recruit:
I found a sailing class! Seriously. I'm downloading the American Sailing Association app - apparently, I need to learn to tie knots, for starters (way cool app!). |

I'm a teacher- 2nd grade. I'd be happy to help teach them properly (uh, that means not teaching to the standardized tests all year that they have to take once a year...hope I don't get in trouble for that...). I have also spent a lot of time in libraries as my mother was a librarian. While my Ed degree is for elementary school, I can help coordinate higher learning with practical experience with others on the rig that have similar jobs related to educational interests...such as blowing the heads off of Zombies while heading to land for supplies we may need |

Application Denied.Future inquiries should be made in reference to Republic of Renee. Renee is French for 'born again.' Fitting since our society shall be born, again. Just kidding! I do not wish to encourage a cult of personality, so I think East of Eden would make a nice metaphorical name for our little home on the seas. That or Vandalayville! |

After all of this, the "rulers" of the different oil rig nations drafted the applicants. |

After all of this, the "rulers" of the different oil rig nations drafted the applicants. It starts like this: What ... is your favorite colour? BTW, we will have no rulers on our rig - which I have named Home. It will be a democracy; you can get voted off the rig if you are not a good citizen of Home. Stakes are high; consequences can be severe. Edited by Renee 2010-09-28 2:49 PM |

Hey, I never laugh about Zombies. That's why I avoid zombie walks. I've seen enough horror movies to know that all it takes is one REAL zombie to be in the midst of all the people having fun and laughs to turn things ugly!
I am also preparing for some of the alternate EOTWAWKI issues - like the rise of the computers/robots. I have elements of my own personal manifesto to help warn people. |
