I'm hanging in there! Falling behind everyone on actual minutes of workout time, gotta up that but finding it hard to find time to get to the gym. I fell off the wagon in terms of nutrition this weekend... but I'm back now.

Got just a couple hours of sleep last night so skipped my weight training session in favor of more sleep.  So now as soon as I get off work I'm going to go for a run then do some strength training.  Then I have a meeting that'll probably last 3 hours tonight that starts at 7:30

better now. went through a real painful down time, then got real angry for a few days, and it's better now. happens from time to time but over the years they've gotten *much* more manageable.

I'm glad you're doing better. I was worried about you for a while there. It's not good when Yanti goes silent. Its not like you.

I be doing good. Been really busy so I haven't been doing well exercising but eating habits much better thanks to this challenge. I am determined to get in my training for week two of the challenge.

Oh no! I have turned up at the gym with two left shoes before now - I had 2 pairs of runners the same.... I raced back home in the car, ran in, got a right shoe and drove back to the gym before I could sit down and change my mind.

Had to go into the office today cause the secure network was down.....packed a gym bag and promptly left it home on the floor.  So I used the elliptical at lunch and will run while dinner cooks tonight....good thing I did most of the meal prep last night, my daughter has to do one part then pop it all in the oven

I had a great swim this morning. My form may be terrible and I'm slow but I really feel like I'm getting better in the water, I'm up to 600 yards non stop now and actually feel really good doing it. I did a total of 2000 yards, never thought I would be going that far in a session. It's getting to the point where I'm losing track of laps, darn 25 yard pool, feels like all I do is turn, stroke, turn, stroke...

I am not getting my bonus point for resisting temptation today. I just went out for second breakfast at work On the plus side it had lots of spinach in it, plus bacon (which I believe we have established is actually a veggie ;-) ), so thats a veggie portion for me at least.
