How much would ya'll give me to wear that gem of the 90s sports bra in my marathon.

Wow...HOT!  I think you should start a Kickstarter page and see how much you get.

TriAya - 2012-07-02 5:50 PM Well, it took four digestives and your lovely encouragements but it'll be pool. Besides, I haven't anything on today except meeting some piglet boys for dinner, so I can afford a nice long nap after.

I blame Allen.

bcraht - 2012-07-03 6:47 AM Can someone please tell me to stop watching 'Alaska State Troopers' and go for my run already?

Well, put your shoes on in front of the TV, that'll give you an extra minute, and now RUN ALREADY.

I did it--my run, that is...6.02 miles in 1 hour, 10 minutes, and 22 seconds....not my fastest, but this is the first time in a long time that I have ran a full 6 miles...I guess I better get used to it with the multiple Olys. in my future!

One question: When I run, I have found that the IT band on my right side--as well as my right quad, right hammy, and right heel---okay, my right lower side!---is generally in pain afterwords--not on a permanent or even long term basis, but for a few hours afterwords....Any ideas why, or how I can fix it? It happens no matter the age and usage of my shoes (new, old, it doesn't matter)--so I don't think its my shoes; I tend to strike mid-sole too, if that helps.

Have you considered custom insoles? I have them in my running, cycling, hiking, skiing, snowboarding and work shoes... can you tell I'm a fan?  And by custom I mean custom, not just superfeet that have arch support and you cut to fit (although, those are better than nothing...).  Seriously, I'm a huge beliver in custom insoles and the fact that alignment starts from the feet up...

Just a thought.  Way to get out there and RUN, girl!!
