I beat myself up on my race this weekend. It was way more hilly than I thought, but I will get some junk miles in this week, I promise!!!!

Gator22:  I would prefer you did good miles instead of junk miles.  I am getting in plenty of junk miles with my back hurting for you and me.

Another 4.2 for the books! It felt SO good to get out there. I love it when the miles just flow.

They have a lot of practice in Cup of Joe. They're on the 10th TAN (Thread about Nothing). They usually get to a bit over 100 posts before the thread gets killed. Don't go in. you'll never get out. LOL Though I've gotta say dropping in randomly and finding a whole conversation about Zilla's undies or Ryan's latest hottie or ??? is fabulously entertaining when my job is boring. Spokes managed to run a 1/2 mary this weekend, so we better keep on the ball...

Yay Living Dead!!

Holy *&%$, I just looked back at my month goal.  70!!!!!!!!!!!!????? What the ..........?  mark me down for 13 miles today.  I was that close to adding on another 6.6 miles but I am sick...guess I should have sucked it up!  No matter, I'll get it done,  I promise.  I am going under the knife in December and am on holidays in the Dominican for 2 weeks in November so I need to get in tip top shape by the start of next month. I've challenged myself to doing two Marathon distance runs this month.  This should be interesting!  Good luck everyone, lets kick this thing into OVERDRIVE!!!!!!
