Lol - Cats are SO fickle!!!

Ok Nibbs... Im off to a fun filled meeting and I suspect you will all be sleeping by the time I get back - so have a great day tomorrow if I dont see you!

Have a good meeting.  If I'm not gone when you get back, I am going to be a very tired girl tomorrow.

short-I got a concussion...again.

Long will be up in a moment. 

Concussions are not good.  CT scan is probably a good call.  At least you don't need contrast.  I hate that.  Always makes me feel like I'm going to pee during the scan. 

This is from my log on Thursday...

I am soooo slick. I have way more schoolwork to do tonight than I could get done under normal circumstances. So what do I do? I give myself a concussion. How? I am very talented. I took a bag out of the car and put it on the ground.  It fell over so I bent down and retrieved it.  I then turned quickly as I was standing up to get another bag out of the car, but I didn't make it that far. I slammed my head into the edge of the car door and almost knocked myself silly. Fortunately there was another car right behind me so I just teetered over, stumbled back a bit, and caught myself against it. It hurt so bad that I didn't even cry out.   I just leaned against the car holding my head for quite awhile.  I then went into the house and put a cold pack against my head. About 3 minutes later the opposite side of my head starts to throb. This has turned out to be a fairly mild concussion...no nausea and minimal light and sound issues. I will go visit a doctor if I develop any more symptoms. I now have a nice lump/ridge along the left side of my forehead. I wonder if it will be black and blue tomorrow?

Am I a talented gal or what?  

I'm going to crash as well.

Anoher pain fee run, I could get used to this

I don't think I should ever again complain about scraping the ice from my windshield again. 

I discovered back in high school that it rarely rains much between 5 am and 7 am. 

It makes my 6:30 run much more pleasant.

It's really unpleasant.  I'd much rather scrape the ice off my windshield.

I got nuttin' to complain about. I did have to wear a real jacket to work this morning instead of just long sleeves.

I will say that, despite the jacket, I am wearing flipflops.

Hi Dee... its ok when you are talking about nice weather i will be complaining about hte cold.. although uI knw my cold and your cold are kind of different and all...
